Town of Avon Community Picnic Celebration | September 19 | 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.

Mark your calendar for the Town of Avon’s Community Picnic on Thursday, September 19th in Harry A. Nottingham Park. The community picnic will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. with free food and drink provided by the Town on a first-come, first-served basis. The picnic provides community members with an opportunity to offer comments and suggestions about various topics and to meet members of the Avon Town Council and town staff.
Free beer for as long as it lasts, otherwise this is a BYOB event. Bring your well-behaved, leashed pet--the Community Picnic is pet friendly!

Saturday, October 12 || 12 - 6 p.m.
Sunday, October 13 || 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Man of The Cliff 2019 is the 11th annual non-profit event comprised of outdoor, rugged activities that are modified to fit all strength and ability levels. And the best thing about MOTC is 100% of all funds raised benefit Can Do MS. Competitions at the event include hammer toss, archery, caber toss, speed chop, spear throw, keg toss, tug of war, axe throw and more. All events have been modified to allow men and women of all sizes and abilities to compete. Participants can sign up for a single event or all the competitions. Spectator day passes and concert tickets are just a $10 suggested donation to benefit First Descents - and kids are free. For more information and a list of events please visit Man of the Cliff.
