General Employment Application
The Application Process
Applicants interested in applying for positions(s) with the Town must complete an application for each position for which they are applying. Resumes and supporting documentation may be submitted with the application to . Applicants will receive an email notification acknowledging receipt of the application and supporting documents.
The Selection ProcessAn interview committee will review and select the most qualified applicants to move forward with the initial screening process which may comprise of a skills assessment or interview with the committee. A member of the HR team or the hiring supervisor will notify the applicants who have been selected for an interview. Full-time positions may require a final interview with and approval by the Town Manager.
Applicants not selected will be notified by email.
Extending an Offer
After the interviews have been completed, HR or the hiring supervisor will contact the top candidate selected by the committee to extend an offer of employment. Employment is expressly conditioned upon the Town conducting a reference review of the previous and/or current employment performance, a Background Check and a Drug and Alcohol Pre-Employment Test if applicable.
